Celina is a lifelong Victoria native who is passionately involved in her beautiful community. Building lasting relationships within the community has always been a strong part of her career, coming out of four years with Rosewood Funeral Chapels as a Family Service Counselor, she is ready to put all her tools to use for VEDC. Devoting her spare time towards arts & education by volunteering with several non-profits such as The Nave Museum, Five Points Museum of Contemporary Art, the Victoria Independent Film Festival, Victoria Film Society, as well as preserving Victoria’s rich history & culture with Victoria Preservation, also serving the public through Junior League of Victoria, Billy T. Cattan Recovery & Outreach, Golden Crescent Habitat for Humanity and serves as the current president for VCRW. As if that wasn’t enough, she also finds time to judge beauty and scholarship pageants around the Crossroads area. Giving back is not only a way of life for her and her family but passing along the philanthropy legacy to her children is a must!
